| Hello Alma, how has it been? I've been running around and having some good old fashioned fun. The weather is hot, the sun's shining and I find i'm just enjoying life as it is. And it seems pretty darn good at the moment :))) Now that I've been abroad for 2 months I'm really happy with my decision to move. Good old Europe is so much more than I had hoped for. |
| Alma, I always learn so much from you. What you said on my page this time - again, a surprise! I had never thought that the Asian manner was stoic. But now I think of it, it makes perfect sense. I *knew* it but didn't recognise it. That's why I have such respect for people from the Orient. It's so strange that our people - who are traditionally considered to be cool, even cold and very detached - could be seen as emotional. But that makes sense too, the emotion is there, bubbling just under the surface. But what a volcano underneath, and God forbid should it erupt! Which it does, often!

| To those who think that the word "femme" in "La Femme Chinita" has something to do with "Butch" and "Femme" (terms used for lesbians), do brush up on your French first (though I have nothing against being a lesbian and am for gay marriage). The reasons for naming my site "La Femme Chinita" are more prosaic. I was alluding to my somewhat Chinese features and the fact that I am female. I say this with amusement though. :) |

| Hello, all my friends in multiply! At the moment I'm in Brisbane,Australia. I'm spending Christmas, New Year and most of January with my kids. You won't believe how much shopping I'm about to do! I've already been bitten by a bull ant, it hurts like crazy, and I've eaten my fill of nectarines, peaches and cherries! I'vew also attended one Christmas party after another like a party animal.
